MONUMENT - Top Tips for Professional Organisations

This MONUMENT Top Tips Video is ideal for professionals, community volunteers and leisure providers based in Norfolk who are keen to improve their outdoor venues and activities for carers and those living with dementia.

The MONUMENT project collaborated with carers and the charity Dementia Adventure to deliver this video as part of an inspiring set of training about the benefits of getting out and about in nature.

The MONUMENT pilot has been led locally by the Environment Service at Norfolk County Council, working with teams in Assistive Technology, Active Norfolk and Adult Social Services, as well as charities and partners in the UK and Europe.
